Module 01

What is the Stack Bridge?

The Stack Bridge is integration middleware for ecommerce brands: a set of wired connections between the tools you already run — Shopify, Klaviyo, a CRM, a helpdesk, a 3PL — so that orders, customers, tickets and refunds move between systems automatically instead of by hand. It replaces the person who is currently the integration.

Two matte-black blocks joined across the top by a single machined beam — a bridge between systems.

In short

A $2M Shopify store typically runs five tools that were never introduced to each other. Every order crosses the gaps between them by hand: someone exports a CSV, someone re-types a refund into the helpdesk, someone updates the CRM after the fact. The Stack Bridge closes those gaps with middleware built between your existing tools — not a new platform to migrate to. When an order changes in Shopify, Klaviyo, the CRM and the helpdesk learn about it in seconds; a refund in one place is a refund everywhere; a support ticket carries the order and the customer’s history with it. The work is invisible when it is done well: nobody exports a spreadsheet again, and the reporting that sits downstream stops disagreeing with itself. It is installed in 21 days as part of a Gap Diagnostic install, and you keep it.

Which tools does the Stack Bridge connect?

The bridge is built for the stack you have. Common pairs:

Typical connections and what they replace
ConnectionWhat movesWhat it replaces
Shopify → KlaviyoOrders, refunds, fulfilment events, customer tagsBroken flows built on incomplete data; manual list uploads
Shopify → CRMCustomers, lifetime value, order historyRe-typing customer details; a CRM nobody trusts
Shopify → HelpdeskOrder status, tracking, refund state on every ticketAgents tab-switching to answer ‘where is my order’
3PL → Shopify → CustomerInventory levels, shipping status, exceptionsOverselling; spreadsheets of stock counts

Why not use Zapier or a native app?

Zaps and native apps cover the happy path — one trigger, one action. They fall over on the edge cases that cost money: partial refunds, split shipments, exchanges, duplicate customers, address changes after fulfilment. The Stack Bridge is built for your edge cases, monitored, and yours. Where a native integration already does the job well, we use it and wire around it; we don’t replace what works.

How long does the Stack Bridge take to install?

Inside the 21-day install that follows a Gap Diagnostic. Connections are wired in the order the diagnostic priced them — the most expensive gap first — so the first week already recovers hours.

Questions

Do I have to switch platforms?

No. The bridge is built between the tools you already pay for. Switching platforms mid-growth is its own leak; we don’t create one to fix one.

What happens if a tool changes its API?

The bridge is monitored and alerts on failures. Keeping it current as the stack changes is the retainer conversation we only have after the install has paid for itself.

Who owns the integration?

You do. It runs in your accounts, documented, with no dependency on us to keep running.

Find out what your store is leaking.

One call. If we can’t point at $25k, we pass. If we can, we install the system in 21 days. Apply for a diagnostic.
